Refund Policy

Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, returns or refunds may not be available once production has started.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to help.

Personalized Products

Custom items made with customer-provided photos, names, or text cannot usually be returned unless there is a production error, damage, or another issue caused by our side.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized products, custom-made items, and digital products are generally non-returnable unless there is a confirmed issue with the order.
